Manuscript Review

Do you feel like something isn't working in your manuscript, but you can't quite put your finger on what it is? Let me look over your pages! I'm trained and certified as an Author Accelerator story coach, and I can help you discern what isn't working well (and what is). I will provide you detailed next steps to fix the issues I find, lighting a path forward. You don't have to do this on your own!

What to expect with a full manuscript evaluation:

· A thorough reading of your entire manuscript

· A phone call to go over my feedback - this will generally last around 40 minutes, but length depends upon the needs of your manuscript.

· In-depth comments on every page using Word’s track changes—many of these will be questions designed to dig deeper into certain aspects of your story. I will make a note when something is unclear or needs more development, for example. I’ll also be sure to let you know the things you’re doing right, as well, so you can keep it up!

· An editorial letter that will give you an in-depth look at big picture issues—like plot holes and cause-and-effect trajectory, just to name a few. This letter will also contain the next steps I believe will be most critical to taking your manuscript to the next level.

What to expect with this package: We'll work together on a series of exercises to clarify your message and story, put together an outline, and more! By the time we're finished, you will be ready and excited to write your initial draft or revise it! This package includes two rounds of feedback and a phone call to go over my feedback and next steps.
